Ian is our senior partner, having qualified as a solicitor in July 2000. He is known for his accessibility and personal approach to his clients. When not at work, he enjoys socialising with family and friends.

Nicki joined Merry & Co 11 years ago and specialises in Residential Conveyancing. Outside of work, she likes travelling abroad and walking her dog, Sid.
Trainee Solicitor
Kieran joined Merry & Co in 2021. He obtained his Law Degree in 2020 and is currently studying a Masters with a view to qualify in early 2025. Outside of work he enjoys going to the Cinema and playing Darts.
Legal Assistant
Vicky has been with Merry & Co for 6 years and is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer. In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her partner and spending time with her two dogs.
Legal Assistant / Receptionist
Sharon has been with the firm for over 20 years filling various roles. In her spare time, she enjoys walking the office pugs on the beach and water sports including Freediving & Paddleboarding.
Legal Cashier
When she’s not locked in her office with a calculator, Zoe enjoys the outdoors. Whether it’s kayaking, camping in her van, or drumming in a local Samba band, she fits in as many smiles as she can in life.
Security
Ivy is a 5-year-old pug and is head of security at Merry & Co. In Ivy’s spare time, she enjoys meeting anyone that has treats, sleeping and her favourite food is ham!
Backup
Flora is Ivy’s younger sister. She is currently training for a place on the security team and is progressing well. Flora has a built-in early detection system and likes to use it! She also loves ham!
We are located centrally in Ryde and are only a short walk from the railway/bus station. Our office has wheelchair access and can provide information in large print if required.
